DEVELOPMENT PHASE
+ We have received the final internal part samples to be able to really test the 3D-printed prototype and MAN does this thing sound good! We have some changes that will need to be made, which means another prototype before tooling can begin.
+ Also we've kept y'all in the dark about the material for long enough. It will be injection molded in polycarbonate.

+ Bauer Lite PCB will be the same form factor as (and compatible with) Bauer 2
+ Bauer Lite plates will be the same as (and compatible with) Bauer 2
+ Bauer Lite top/bottom case is not the same as Bauer 2 metal versions (i.e. not compatible) because the injection molding process requires a different design for production
+ Bauer Lite mounting system will be the same style as the Bauer 2, with neoprene pads and taco bumpers

+ We have made the difficult decision to forgo replacing the screws ourselves to prevent any more delays on this project. This will save a few weeks on fulfillment time and allow customers to have their orders much faster. We will be including a screw swap "kit" in each bag for the customers to swap the screws out. It should only take each customer a couple minutes to do, and we will have a step-by-step walkthrough video to help. We will also be including a small coupon in each order. We are sorry for the inconvience.
