DEVELOPMENT PHASE

+ We had a meeting last night to start going over tooling plans and timelines. However we are getting one more top prototype to do one last tweak. Hopefully we will have more info about pricing soon.

Known Info
+ Injection-molded Polycarbonate
+ Bauer Lite PCB will be the same form factor as (and compatible with) Bauer 2
+ Bauer Lite plates will be the same as (and compatible with) Bauer 2
+ Bauer Lite top/bottom case is not the same as Bauer 2 metal versions (i.e. not compatible) because the injection molding process requires a different design for production
+ Bauer Lite mounting system will be the same style as the Bauer 2, with neoprene pads and taco bumpers
+ Will be consistently available and may launch it with an unlimited preorder
+ There will be a hotswap PCB

+ The sets arrived last week, but the pallets had a lot of damage. They were soaking wet and were pretty beat up. This has made our inventory and counting in process much slower as we have had to document everything as we go for the damage claim. No customers will be affected by this and will receive their kits, but it has made the process take much more time than we want. Sets should start shipping next week.

+ The deskpads finally arrived at our warehouse today. An error was caught by another proxy before we received our shipment that the Zandaka variant was made with all white stitching instead of a bleed print over the stitching. The replacements are already in production as of early this week and will be shipped by express air to all proxies. So hopefully it will not delay much at all.
