MISC UPDATES
COMPANY UPDATES
NEW FACILITY
+ If you haven't heard, we are in the process of designing a different kind of metal rectangle. A new building. We are bursting at the seams at our current location, so we are way overdue for more space to stretch out and makes things more efficient.
+ We have purchased a 3 acre parcel of land and are preparing for construction of a custom-built 12,000~ sqft facility. 3 acres is more than we need at this moment, but it will allow us to expand if necessary without moving again.
+ We closed on the construction loan for our new facility in February. Since then, we have been playing tag with the city and different changes that have to be made to the plans but are hopefully very close to breaking ground.

BAUER LITE
+ We have also made a living document for the project that you can access. We try not to email about every single tiny update and wait until we have a batch of updates. However, on this new document, we will update as things happen. You can access the latest update from 7.13 and past updates on the side bar of the living document. Everything is in one place now.
HEAVY GRAIL PLATE TOOLING
+ We are very excited to announce that we have officially completed the acquisition of the Heavy Grail plate tooling from Norbauer & Co.

HSA BEIGE ON BROWN
PRODUCTION QUEUE
+ JTK plans to complete production and have the keysets ready to ship to us this month! Barring no freight/import delays, we should receive these around November. JTK is including a free reversed color base kit for all customers, so Omnitype customers who have kept their HSA BoB orders will receive both a Beige on Brown keyset as well as a Brown on Beige keyset. 🎉

+ Per Signature Plastics, while SA Ramses is in their schedule for an end of October completion, they are still running a couple of months behind and won't know how/if that will affect our order until closer to time.

+ GMK has updated their estimated shipping date to December 2022 (pending color matching).
+ Alpha Base color sample was too desaturated so we are getting another sample. Translucent cap sample was not ‘milky’ enough so we are getting another sample. Mods are possibly approved - we will wait until we get the correct alphas to make it official.
+ Rama Works has updated us that Symbiote x Rama keycaps will be produced in two months time.
