The case is amongst the best out there. I bought one for my Polygon 7 and it fit perfectly. I have a medium as well for my Lucky 65. And I plan on buying a couple more for my future boards!
Omnitype cases are pretty solid for the price! The TKL size fits most TKL sized boards barring a few larger exceptions. But they're nice and lined with foam making them perfect for storage or transport.
I have multiple different brands of keyboard carrying cases, and I find the Omnitype variants to be the most consistent in terms of fitment and QC. Zero issues with my...4? yeah, 4 omnitype cases. And I have more boards to be built, so I will likely buy more cases from Omnitype.

Used the measuring tool provided by omitype to suggest case sizes. It suggested a medium case as the “best fit” for a polygon-7 by Daring Run.
The keyboard fits fine horizontally but has so much space above and below the keyboard, even tigthening the velcro straps as tight as possible leaves wiggle room for the keyboard to slide around. The only way to keep it in place is using the smaller foam insert cutouts as a filler for the open space.
Carrying case material and in general looks great but sadly the carrying case sizing tool was inaccurate

We understand the frustration when something doesn’t feel like a perfect fit right out of the box. The foam inserts you mentioned are actually included for exactly that reason. They help fill gaps and keep boards secure when they don’t align perfectly with the standard cutout. With so many different keyboard shapes and layouts out there, it isn’t possible to create one foam shape that fits every board. That’s why we designed the spacer system based on measurements from hundreds of boards, so it could work flexibly for as many as possible.
The sizing tool is meant to suggest the best option between the sizes we offer. In your case, medium was the closest match available. It sounds like it guided you to the right case size, even if it needed a little help from the spacers.

Ordered this for my HHKB (specifically the norbauer heavy grail) and it fits perfectly. I feel safe with this travel case, and it's also very elegant and premium feeling/looking. 10/10 would recommend this to anyone with an hhkb, heavy grail, or similar sized keyboard

Solid build. Comes with a nice big micro-suede cloth, and foam cutouts for making the perfect fit for your board. Nothing game-breaking but it's a good bag and it works. (+ nice bonus stickers)
They come super well packaged. A box, with boxes inside, with sleeved blank cases, and with foam/micro cloth inside. They're sturdy, have a nice weight to them, and I know they'll protect my kbs. Both are already in use. Thanks Omnitype!
