GMK MV Expo (CYL)

EXPO is a keycap set inspired by mid-century modern graphic design.
It features a custom designed font applied in a brutalist way across the keycaps. The set is produced by GMK and features a new blend of ABS they recently introduced, which has subtle marbling and nacre. All legends are UV-printed, a type of printing GMK is known to do extremely well.
The set is accompanied by a copper artisan produced by Salvun.

They're pretty, but I've had these less than a year and the legends are already starting to fall off. This tends to be a risk with cheaper UV-printed caps but I guess GMKs are no exception.
Fantasticly designed caps, gray with a dull metallic sheen, uv printing is sharp, legends and novelties have a ton of character. Sadly though the space bars have strange “fold” looking lines in the plastic that i can only slightly feel but can definitely see.
I love the texture of the caps and the printing, color way looks great on my Mode Sonnet
Key caps had multiple defects but because I didn't open them to build my keyboard for 20 days Omnitype won't even accept a support ticket.
I won't be back as a customer.

Our return policy is 14 days after delivery, and this is noted at checkout before. Even though your order was outside that window, we still sent you a return label as a courtesy. Unfortunately, we never received the set back and the label was never used.
We try to work within our policies to be as accommodating as possible.
MX Expo brings a cool, retro vibe with its bold colors inspired by old-school trade shows. The keycaps are solid quality and will give your keyboard a fun, unique look. The metallic is amazing!

The caps were not cheap. But I'm extremely happy with them. They look great, are comfortable and the slight raise on the letter print is really nice. They were expensive but I'd buy them again if something happened to them.
